Winner of Hair Salon of the Year at the 2023 Scottish Hair & Beauty Awards, Emma Loen is a collaborative and creative space, offering a full range of styling, colouring and hair care services.
With an accumulation of over 85 years of Sassoon hairdressing expertise, our hugely experienced team draw on a wealth of knowledge and technical skill to provide an in-salon experience second to none.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Award-winning colourist, creative leader and dedicated educator. Emma brings a wealth of experience and a lifelong passion for hair to every appointment.
Her career began at her father’s salon in Glasgow, followed by six years in Dubai honing her craft as a stylist and colourist with Maria Dowling. In 2008, she returned to Glasgow to join Sassoon.
Named Sassoon UK Colourist of the Year in 2011, Emma went on to become Colour Director in 2018. She has also represented Sassoon on stage at Salon International in London and Galla Wella in Bucharest.
Sharing her expertise is central to Emma’s approach. With a TAQA diploma in education and assessment, she continues to train, mentor and inspire the next generation of hairdressing talent.

New colour clients
All new colour clients must complete a sensitivity test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment. Please visit the salon beforehand for a complimentary colour consultation and to collect your test. We can only carry out your colour service once this requirement has been met.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Late arrivals
We’ll do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may need to reschedule.
